- Dried Apricots, chopped
- Almonds, chopped
- Unsweetened coconut
- Raisins
- Walnuts, chopped
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Put all dry ingredients into food processor – pulse to combine. Add vanilla and mix until blended. Roll into balls. Can be frozen.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablesppon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Onion salt
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Hot sauce like Tabasco
- 2 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 3 cups Cheese popcorn, popped
- 2 cups Chili cheese fritos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Melt butter in roasting pan. add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
- Gradually add cereals, stirring to evenly coat.
- Bake 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
- Stir in popcorna dn fritos. Bake 10 more minutes.
- Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

- 1 Cup Old fashioned oats
- ½ Cup Chocolate chips
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate if needed,

- 2 Cups Medjool dates
- ½ Cup Oats
- 1½ Cups Pecans, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Places dates in food processor on high until date ball begins to form.
- Add pecans and process for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients for 1-2 minutes.
- Roll into 1 – 2 inch balls. Refrigerate.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Pecans, halved
- 1 cup Almonds, whole
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in skillet over low heat stirring constantly.
- Heat until sugar is melted and well coated.
- Remove from heat. Dump onto cookie sheet to cool. After cooled break into pieces.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Pretzels (Tommy used long skinny sticks)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- ¾ cup Oil (Tommy uses canola)
Instructions
- Mix together. Spread out on baking sheet.
- Bake at 200° until lightly browned. About 30 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.

- ½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ Cup Rice crispy cereal
- ¼ Cup Almonds, chopped
- ¼ Cup Pretzels, broken into small pieces
- ¼ Cup Peanut butter, creamy
- ¼ Cup Corn flakes
- ¼ Cup Dried blueberries
- ¼ Cup Hazel nuts
- ¼ Cup Chocolate chips
- ½ Cup Honey
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and stir to mix well.
- Add peanut butter and honey and stir.
- Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Then shape into balls.
