Grandma Cleata's Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 cup Nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons Corn syrup (Karo)
  • 2 jiggers Bourbon - a jigger is also known as a shot

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Mix corn syrup and bourbon
  • Add to dry mixture slowly. Mix until well blended.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls then roll in powdered sugar to coat. Chill if too sticky to roll into balls.
